The body of every living being consists of at least two natural doshas (Prakruthi). However, these three doshas are changing with Three Dosha changes with the time of the day, experiencing food, the season of the year, and our age. Pitta works from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. or from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. of the day, while eating, in the summer season and young age of our life.
